SPSVGSPViewWidget does not resize its canvas when changing the page size of the SVG doc

Bug Description
This bug is happened when I add a new function for Inkscape. SPSVGSPViewWidget provides the capability to resize its SPCanvas for changes of associated SPSVGView (View). But, SPSVGView does not notify SPSVGSPViewWidget when SPSVGView changes its (page) size. This patch add a class deriving SPSVGView and overriding onResized() to notify SPSVGSPViewWidget which can also changes size of its canvas. This function is useful that SPSVGSPViewWidget will show scroll bars when page size is bigger than widget size. With out this patch, scroll bar will not appear if you change page size of showing document dynamically.

Hi Thinker,
I had a look on it and apparently I am either not able to reproduce the bug or confirm the fix. Can you point out where exactly this bug can be observed in Inkscape/Inkview? Can you add a note with the steps to do to reproduce the bug?
