Bug Description
Inkscape 0.48.0 r9654
Windows7 64-bit on 64-bit Intel (HP Pavilion dv6).
The Alt+B keyboard shortcut to the menu command "Edit->Make a Bitmap Copy" does not seem to work on my computer.
Reproduce:
1. [F6] Draw a path
2. [Alt+B] Nothing happens (except that it looks like the Layer docked window gets focus)
Compare to:
1. [F6] Draw a path
2. Click Edit->Make a Bitmap Copy
3. Notice a bitmap is created based on the path

Does the shortcut work if you don't have any (docked) dialog open?
