Sort of reproduced in Windows 7 (using GUI instead of CLI) on r10141. I get the same message after opening it and crashes after trying to export to PDF.

For me, the whole OS got stuck for several minutes, but it did finish the PDF export. I have a Thinkpad T520 laptop from 2012.
