Generate .pdf_tex on demand

To automate the process of generation of pdf on latex with makefile, it sould be usefull to generate separately.

Could you please detail here what new features your are requesting for Inkscape?

The command-line option '--export-latex' does exist - what is missing?

the option '--export-latex' generates two files .pdf and .pdf_tex.

For makefile, it is better to generate each file separately, for example:

inkscape --export-latex-pdf -> generate only the pdf without text
inkscape --export-latex-pdf-tex ->generate only pdf_tex

I will not work on this feature, as to me it seems a far too specific option for Inkscape usage. Both files should always be updated at the same time (e.g. triggered by a change in SVG); it makes no sense to only (re)generate one of the pair of files.
