Honestly, I am no expert in colors, but I have been trying to work with them, and doing so, I think I found a problem in Inkscape. When I adjust the colors in RGB, the HSL colors do not match what I expect based on what I find on web pages which explain color conversions between RGB and HSL - for example a really nice one for easy comparison is www.workwithcolor.com/hsl-color-picker-01.htm
