Bug Description

Hello!

I have from time to time been using Inkscape to draw block- and circuit diagrams.
However now I have encountered a bug in Inkscape 0.48.1 which makes this very hard.

After having modified connectors using the node tool, new connectors cannot be created
without the previous editing being lost.

How to reproduce the bug:
1) Start a new document
2) Draw a connector
3) Use the node tool to add a middle node and move it.
4) Draw a second connector; while drawing the first connector loses its shape.

Version information:
Inkscape 0.48.1 windows 32-bit binary (from installer)
Inkscape 0.48.0 r9654 windows 32-bit binary (from 7z archive)
OS: Windows XP SP3, Japanese version

Inkscape 47.0 does not seem to be affected by this bug.

Best regards

Inkscape never supported manually edited connectors - the difference to 0.47 is that auto-rerouting in Inkscape 0.48 is triggered whenever a new connector is added, whereas in Inkscape 0.47 (with fewer options of connectors) the rerouting mainly happened when moving a connected shape [1].
