Bug Description
Connectors go to the position they had before an undo operation when another connector is added to the diagram.
Using Inkscape 0.48.0 r9654
OS: Windows XP 2002 SP3
To replicate the error:
1. Open the attached file.
2. Confirm that attempting to add a new connector to any object in the diagram does not affect the other connectors.
3. select all objects and move them.
4. Undo the move operation.
5. Attempt to add a new connector to any object and notice the connector move to the position they had before the undo operation.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.0 and 0.48+devel r10069 on OS X 10.5.8 (i386)
(tested with the attached drawing as well as when recreating the example in a new document (with rounded rectangles, and no preserved transforms on a shape like an ellipse to avoid other known issues that can cause incorrect routing)).
