FeatureRequest: EPS+LaTeX output should not require color package if SVG is b+w only

affects inkscape 0.48.

i.e., the latex file produced by inkscape's EPS+LaTeX export always requires the user to include the color package.
unfortunalte,y the color package often interferes with other packages and may cause text in the produced pdf file to appear rather gray than black.

although this is originally not an inkscape problem, i would consider it a nice feature of inkscape to use only the minimum number of actually required packages for the LaTeX output.
