Bug Description

While in 0.47 you can go up to "100" in Lightings Surface scale I noticed that in 0.48 Filters Editor is limited to 5.00

Even if 8 bit per channel color depth gives some 3D aliasing effects at high values it seems to me that there is no practical reason to impose this limit.

0.48 and 0.48 devel rev 10019 on kubuntu 10.04

Tested on OS X 10.5.8, locale en_US.UTF-8:
Inkscape 0.47: 'Surface scale' is limited to 1000.00
Inkscape 0.48.0: 'Surface scale' is limited to 1000.00
Inkscape 0.48.1: 'Surface scale' is limited to 1000.00
Inkscape 0.48+devel r10032: 'Surface scale' is limited to 5.00

AFAICT this is a regression in current trunk only.

Note: I don't see the limit 100 in older versions either (it's 1000 on my system - filter primitive 'Specular Lighting > Surface Scale'). The 'Specular Lighting > Constant' setting on the other hand is limited to 100 in older versions, and 5.00 in current trunk.

On OS X 10.5.8 'Diffuse Lighting > Surface Scale' has the same limits as 'Specular Lighting > Surface Scale':
1000.0 in stable release versions, 5.00 in current trunk.
