Filters Editor adds stdDeviation values to any filters primitives

Bug Description

While working with Filters Editor, often when I modify a Gaussian blur and afterwards I quit and click on another primitive, that takes a little time. If the XML Editor is open at the moment I see that while I click on this other primitive an unusefull stdDeviation is added to it which retains the values I gave to the Gaussian blur.

In the joined file it seems that it doesn't occur with the first blur on top of the tree but only with the second one.

This behaviour came with 0.48 but at the beginning I noticed it only from a blur to the next one I clicked just after (and that was already annoying).

I can't reproduce it on Ubuntu 10.10, Inkscape revision 10556.
Could you please try to edit a filter from the filters.svg file in the latest trunk version and reproduce the bug?

Confirmed on Ubuntu 11.04, Inkscape trunk revision 11712.
Reproduced when playing with a blend and a blur filter. Still can't find exactly how it breaks.
