Bug Description

Inkscape 0.48.0 r9654
Windows 7 64 bits

Repro Steps:
 - Create a rectangle
 - Set a solid color fill, no stroke
 - Select the Rectangle
 - Create Pattern from Object (menu Object > Pattern > Object to Pattern)
 - Create a new Rectangle (larger than first one)
 - Set the pattern previously created as the fill for the new rectangle
 - Resize the second rectangle

Observe the surface of the rectangle is not seamless. There are random gaps and change position when resized.
