Layer dialog - symbols dissappear when mouse hover over

This issue happens in
Inkscape 0.48+devel r10009 and Inkscape 0.48+devel r10012.
Behaviour is the similar for windows XP sp2 and w7.

When i hover the mouse pointer over the layer dialog box, and there is several layers, the lock symbol and the "eye" dissapears. And then they may appear when mouse pointer ges back the same way on the screen.

It happens with all layer exept from the topmost one.

It's a VERY annoing bug.

Confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk revision 10016.
Also affects the filters editor and undo history dialogs.

Path effect editor affected too (gtkTreeView with icons again...).

As you mentioned before the filtersettings are also affected in R10009 with windows7

Very likely to be due to libcairo-2.dll. Replacing that dll in the gimp install folder leads to the same behavior in the bitmap editor (see Edition>Preferences).

@pRototype - can you confirm that the reported UI glitches (layer dialog, filter editor, undo history dialog) no longer occur after updating the devlibs to GTK+ 2.22.1 (i.e. r10237 and later development builds from modevia)?

@suv tested and confirmed fixed in the layers dialog with r10256 on Win7 32bit. Good work, that behaviour has been a pain in the proverbial for that last while.

Forgot to mention I've tested r10256 on both W7 32bit and XP sp2 32 bit. Both norwegian language.
