Bug Description
I tried to use the tiling to generate a circular array, as described in Tavmjong Bah Tutorial. So I tried to generate a small array with only three elements. It didn't work a my actual file, so I setup a new file. There it works. Then I deleted from the non-working file everything, and cleaned it up and tried again. It (tiling) still did not work.
I attached the two files, so one working one and the non working one, including two screen dumps from the tiling result.
I am using the developer version Inkscape 0.48+devel r10012 on a window operation system (Windows XP with SP3, Intel mobile processor)
Thanks a lot for working on such a great program like InkScape!

Known issue due to resizing or changing the orientation of the page (which adds a 'transform' attribute to the top layer).
Workaround: after resizing the page or changing its orientation, add a new layer and create the tiled clones on the new layer; or do not change the page size until after having created the tiled clones.
