Save a copy...EPS fails when many paths

After adding a group with many paths, all any extr path is not exported when saving to EPS
In the attached file what is in RED was added after the color bar object. Try Save a copy... and choose EPS level 3 I tried almost every combinations of the options all do the same mistake.

OS: Ubuntu 10.10
Inkscape 0.48 r9654

This was not happening in the 0.47 release in Ubuntu 10.04

If you move the colorbar object up and down (with PgDn or PgUp) it changes the final EPS.

Which cairo version do you have installed?

The missing parts in my tests are the upper part of the second row (formula): only what overlaps the embedded image is in the EPS file (as part of the rasterized bitmap image where the transparent background is replaced by the actually rendered background). I could also reproduce that changing the stack order of the colorbar object does effect the EPS output.

Fixed confirmed with patch from bug #813886 applied to cairo 1.10.2 (Mac OS X 10.5.8 (i386), Inkscape 0.48.2).
