Bug Description
Any rotated text element will be exported with rotation stripped off for EMF export (avail. on Windows).
This bug has been observed on 0.48 and recent r9888 snapshot.
Steps to reproduce: open a new/emtpy document, place a single line of text, rotate it, and export EMF.

confirmed if you do not convert text to paths.
if you do convert text to path then the rotation is shown, but at the expense of a much larger file
