Bug Description
When accessing the "Align and Distribute" dialog from the Node tool on a path, the dialog should be able to operate on individual subpaths within it, in addition to operating on individual nodes.
Currently, this can only be done by breaking the path apart, align/distribute as separate objects, then recombine.
