Bug Description
When using the Node tool to edit a path, the "Path > Break Apart" command should only affect subpaths containing selected nodes. This would allow the ability to "extract" an arbitrary subpath from a compound path without having to break apart the entire thing, which can be a bother if the path has many components or the user has to do this sort of thing frequently.
There is one matter to figure out, though: If selected nodes belong to two or more subpaths, should they be broken apart as individual paths or as a single compound path? Take the outline of the numeral 8 for example: If I select nodes on the two inner subpaths and break only them apart, should the result be three individual paths; or should it be one path comprised of the selected subpath(s), and one path with everything else not broken apart?
