Bug Description
Using Inkscape 0.48 for Windows 32-bit on Windows XP.
I created a group of objects (top left group in attached svg) then cloned it using CTRL-C and CTRL-V into three more objects (the left column). I then copied the parent object into the second column, rotated it, and created column two. You can see this via SHIFT-D when selecting any of the clones.
Now if I ungroup the parent group, the dots from the clones shift positions while the parent remains the same.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file.
2. Select the top-left parent group.
3. Select the "Ungroup" option on the toolbar.
