Display height/width of selected nodes in toolbar

I like the option to show transformation handles for selected nodes within a path -- much easier to transform compound paths and subpaths without having to break it apart first.

Working off that, the Node toolbar should include "Width" and "Height" boxes much like the Selector toolbar already does. This would allow scaling of nodes by toolbar (including aligning them horizontally/vertically without opening the Alignment dialog, by setting its respective height/width to zero), and would also double as a measurement of the x-y distance between two selected nodes.
