Import Agave into the Inkscape GUI

Bug Description

Agave (http://home.gna.org/colorscheme/) is "A Colorscheme Designer for the GNOME Desktop".
Since many designers work with colorschemes it would be great if Agave would be available from within Inkscape (as a toolbar for example).

In this way it will be possible to directly use the "eye drop" tool on the selected palette, drag-drop palette rectangles, etc.
