Bug Description
I need to export a big picture at 300dpi, I made all design at 150dpi and I had no problem when exporting at this resolution.
I'm now trying to export at 300 dpi and the blurred background picture just disappear.
I tried to export at 300dpi by removing the blur filter effect and the background picture is rendered, so the problem seems to be related to the blur filter.
To test attachment:
Export Page at 150dpi
Export Page at 300dpi
Note: The background has been embedded, but the problem exists too when the picture is just linked.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48+devel r9736 on OS X 10.5.8
Bitmap export fails to render the blurred bitmap with e.g. 220dpi and 300dpi, but works with 90dpi.
When exporting with 300dpi, I get this console message (repeated 122 times):
** (inkscape- bin:81106) : WARNING **: 241168800 bytes requested for pixel buffer, I won't try to allocate that.
