Transformation of text on path

Bug Description

A user requested possibility to apply simple transformations to a text that is currently places on a path: scaling uniformly and non-uniformly and skewing, while the text still follows the path.

Right now transformation of a text object is not possible while it's on path, and is removed, if you try to do it before putting text on path. I'm not really sure this is supported by SVG spec.
