Main window demaximizes when opening object properties in Windows 7

Bug Description

How to reproduce the bug:
maximize the main window by drawing the menu bar to the top of the screen (it is a new way to maximize in Windows 7).
Open object properties with a shortcut, e.g. Ctrl+Shift+F.
The main window should demaximize unintentionally.
This behaviour does not apply if the main window is maximized through the maximize button.
