Bug Description

Putting a text area with a single U+1D1AF MUSICAL SYMBOL PEDAL UP MARK into an empty document is enough to cause a crash when I export as pdf or ps. Sorry the trace seems to be missing some libs. Hopefully the repro is so easy you won't need my trace.

Inkscape 0.47 r22583, Ubuntu 10.04 on AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+

(Workaround was simply to convert the text to paths just before printing.)

Crash not reproduced with Inkscape 0.47, 0.48 r9641 and 0.48+devel r9702 on OS X 10.5.8

Tested both 'Save A Copy As' 'PDF' and 'Print to file' 'PDF' from the print dialog.
None of the Inkscape versions does render the character on-canvas though.

The crash bug is duplicate of bug 564442.
I cannot test whether the pdf output is correct after the fix for bug 564442.
