Bug Description
Binary package hint: inkscape
When inserting an element at position x="0" y="0", it shows up at the top left of the image. However, Inkscape counts the Y coordinates from the bottom of the image, thus showing Y=[image height - element height]. This is counterproductive when working closely with native SVG.
