[osx] update the bundled python modules to current versions

follow-up report to bug #448285 “lxml version bundled with Inkscape is old” which has been moved to the 'Inkscape Devlibs' project for the Windows port.

Packaging request:
The official OS X package of Inkscape includes old versions of the required python modules 'lxml' and 'numpy'. Updating those in coordination with the official Windows package as well as including a current version of the UniConvertor python module (as long as there are no DMGs nor a MacPorts portfile available) would help extension developers and ensure cross-platform compatibility of their scripts.

currently bundled versions (Inkscape 0.47, 0.48pre1, i386, python 2.5, 2.6):
lxml 1.3.6
numpy 1.0.4

current versions on MacPorts:
py25-lxml 2.2.2
py26-lxml 2.2.6
py25-numpy 1.4.1
py26-numpy 1.4.1
