Bug Description
Various things in the Document Properties panel don't go in the undo list and thus don't set the document status as "modified".
* Page tab
- Default units
- Page margins (bug #1417078)
- Background (bug #1343182)
- Border
* Grids tab (bug #1330004)
* Guides tab
* Snap tab
Can't test colour management as it shows no colour profiles. But it has no problems with me adding an external script file with no name (and undoable too).
This is related to bug #165890 (same problem but a new incarnation of it and many years later).

Grid tab: adding a new grid is undoable, but can crash when redoing it (bug #186293)
