Bug Description

Currently if you change the ID of a node with or of an object reference (as might exist from text-put-on-path, text-flowed-into-frame, clones, or connectors) the effects are not visible in Inkscape until you re-open the file.

I am requesting a feature be added where, upon changing such an ID, the user is presented with a warning dialog informing them that they are about to break an existing reference, asking them if they want to continue. If they do, the canvas would show the changes live, and if they do not, it would revert the ID to what it was previously
