Bug Description

Inkscape version 0.47+devel r9311

Before I noticed that bug, I did the following (as I can remember):
* Resized the canvas to 800x600 px
* Selected "Create Spiro path" and drawed a circle just to test it out.
* Deleted the object I just created.
* Selected "Create a sequence of straight line segments" and drawed a triangle.

After that, the "Create regular Beizer path" button didn't react on mouse pointer hover over it nor mouse click. It acted just like any still images.

After closing and start Inkscape up again, I was able to click the "Create regular Beizer path" button again.

not reproduced with Inkscape 0.47+devel r9319 on OS X 10.5.8

Can you add information about your OS and possible extended input devices (tablet)?
