Apply-as-path missing for Glyphs dialog.

It would be beneficial to be able to have glyphs chosen and applied to the canvas to optionally come in either as editable text or as a path. In 0.48 snapshots, text placement is the only option from the glyphs palette.

By allowing for this functionality as a checkbox, for instance, I would be able to avoid a second selection and path conversion, something I'd be likely to do in almost every use of the Glyphs tool, because I'm using it essentially to choose glyphs from dingbats, symbols, and other visual image based fonts, which I'd like to work on as a path rather than as a font.
