Bug Description

In windows XP environment, updates since update :
inkscapeR9207-1003182242.7z, and
inkscapeR9222-1003222026.7z

most of the icons are display not correctly display only a red cross in default document ...

Was working correctly with "Inkscape22040-090810.win32.exe" package...

I try with and without Administrator Rights, the result is the same.
If I reinstall Inkscape22040-090810.win32.exe all become OK.

I attach view of the screen.
