Bug Description
When I type the path to the input in Export bitmap dialog and I want to specify it using the folder browser then, if the typed path ends with slash, the folder browser doesnt show up.
Newest Inkscape version, Windows XP

Doesn't happen on Ubuntu 9.10, so it must be a Windows-specific issue.
