Req: extends the star tool to a "flower" tool

Hi,

I think the star tool could be turned into a flower tool.

The external node should be turned into a symmetrical node and in the menu bar there would be an additional entry called tangent ratio.

with a tangent ratio of 0 you got a star.
with a tangent ratio of 0.5 you get a n-folium (http://serge.mehl.free.fr/anx/anx_gif/trefle.gif)
with a tangent ratio of 1 and a radius ratio of 1 you get a "polygon" (but made of symmetrical node)

Maybe both nodes (internal & external) could have handles and could be turned into hard/smooth/... nodes to make complex figures
