Path Attributes are Reset Every Time

Bug Description

In 0.46, if I drew multiple paths with the freehand line tool, the fill colour, stroke colour, opacity, etc would stay the same as the last path until I changed it. In 0.47, every new path is reset to no fill, black stroke, 100% opacity. This can be annoying when tracing an image, using coloured paths to see what you've already traced over, as you can't just select all and set the attributes afterward; you need to set them every time you begin a path.

you can get each tool to remember the last usage as follows:
- go to menu File->Inkscape Preferences
- open up the Tools section
- click on Pencil
- select Last Used Style
- close Preferences dialog

this tool will now remember the last used style. Could you try this and see if helps?

You're right, the setting had been changed on me. I thought I had imported it from 0.46.
