Canvas background and document/page background colors need to be selectable separately

Bug Description
Currently, when I want to change the UI canvas color, I actually have to change the document's background color, that affects export color. These are two different things and should not affect one another (just like the border color does not affect the exported image).
I request the canvas color (no alpha value possible of course) to be selectable separately.
