inkscape 0.47 does not open own svg

"Laden der gewünschten Datei ...\nyiregyhaza_karddal_kesz.svg fehlgeschlagen" error message when trying to open the attached file.
The file was previously created with inkscape!
This randomly happens since I changed from version 0.46 to 0.48!

Some of these tags were not added by Inkscape. It is possible that data included from proprietary Adobe tags in the document triggers an encoding bug in Inkscape, similar as described in Bug #499257 “saves svg file, that it can't read afterwards”.

Could you clarify what you mean by Inkscape 0.48? The current release is 0.47, and your document was last edited with
 inkscape:version="0.47 r22583"

The problem is caused by an incorrectly encoded <?xpacket> processing instruction. I've attached the file with this processing instruction removed.

Sorry, I was a bit confused with the version numbers. As you wrote, i use 0.47 (, previously 0.45 without having this problem)

What can I do to prevent this? We have the same problem over and over again with other files.
