Bug Description

Inkscape 0.47pre4 r22446, built Oct 15 2009
on Ubuntu 9.10 kernel 2.6.31-17-generic

Very simply, the tiled clones tool works if the document is set to 'portrait' mode. If it is changed to 'landscape' then all the rotation related options behave very oddly.

Attached is a file where I tried to do a recreate the P2 symmetry example from http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Tiles-Symmetries.html

Please add a comment and revert the duplicate status if you don't agree and think these are separate issues.

Note: resizing the page or changing the page orientation adds a transform attribute to all top layers (aka groups). After removing this attribute manually in the XML Editor, the 'Tiled Clones…' tool correctly produces the expected results.
