Bug Description

Inkscape Portable 0.47 is not being as stealthy as it should.
When run as an administrator, it creates the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\inkscape.exe if it doesn't exist, and writes the following values:
  (Default): "F:\PortableApps\InkscapePortable\App\Inkscape\inkscape.exe"
  Path: "F:\PortableApps\InkscapePortable\App\Inkscape\python;F:\PortableApps\InkscapePortable\App\Inkscape\perl"
(Where F:\PortableApps\InkscapePortable is the installation directory)

This is not up to scratch with our portability requirements, but more to the point it will change the default installation path for the main Inkscape installer if Inkscape Portable is the last version of Inkscape run before the installer which is a nuisance.

This only affects Inkscape Portable 0.47.

I intend to fix this and then build Inkscape Portable 0.47.0.1 off Inkscape Portable 0.47 plus my patch for this.
