Missing interaction with epson r1900 printer driver

Bug Description
In order to fully exploit my epson r1900 printer I need to print my Inkscape documents under windows. The problem is that Inskcape seems to ignore the extra features added by the printer driver. For example if I ask to print a document containing pictures in hight quality the result is not as expected. Printing the same document, with the same paramters but using Corel Draw produces a totally different print, it is several times better.
