Bug Description

It would be useful if a dialog came up after starting Inkscape again after a crash, asking you if you would like to recover the last autosave that was created, so that the user wouldn't have to dig into the backup folder to open it manually.

I hesitated because this request is to restore from the last autosaved not from the emergency-saved file. OTOH, after re-reading bug #171424, I realize that it doesn't talk about emergency-save either, it is only mentioned in the initial summary of the blueprint I linked to. Yes, looks like a duplicate ;)
