Add export/save as for java 2D code

Since java received radial gradient paint it has been possible to translate from SVG to Java2D code. When 0.47 was released there is support for JavaFX which is great but for me it comes down to designing Icons in Incscape and translate it to Java2D.

There are currently a useful tool for those who wants to transcode SVG to Java2D, the Flamingo Component Suit (https://flamingo.dev.java.net/) which is written by Kirill Grouchnikov who is behind the Substance Look And Feel.

In he's demo applications at (https://flamingo.dev.java.net/see.html) there is a transcoder which could ( with Kirills approval ) be used as base for the implementation in Incscape.

Unfortunately support for saving as JavaFX 1.x script files (*.fx) has been removed in Inkscape 1.0, so this won't be fixed.
