Drag a node trhough a path border whitout modifying it

Bug Description
I would like to see a way to drag nodes through their paths, while respecting the path shape.
Maybe using a keyboard shortcut + mouse (like pressing super and dragging the node).
This also will give us an easy way to position nodes snapped to guidelines, and not ruinning the path shape.
