Make it possible to check the linked files

Inkscape uses links to files (images) that are included.
If you change the location of the file that is linked you get a image that the linked image can't be found.
If Inkscape has the option to relink etc. just like Adobe Indesign it will make it a lot easier to relink a file.

Please attach images / mock-ups directly to the bug report. Outside links may change and information regarding your proposal get lost ;-). Launchpad offers a minimal ui that allows you to edit or delete any attachment in case you need to update a mockup or remove it from the report.
