object shows different color at different zoom levels

in the attached svg, one of the aples' tiles in the left bottom part changes to black when zooming at certain levels.

- it's black also after blurring the tile
- it shows black after closing the file, restarting inkscape and jpa-'s computer (so it's definitively not a refresh issue)
- copy paste corrects the color, duplicate not
- iceweasel (firefox) shows it correctly at all zoom levels
- i attached a couple of screenshots showing the problem.

here is how i've built the tiles... making a difference between the elements create a tile which shows the problem!

reproduced with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22436 on OS X 10.5.8

This rendering bug seems related to the width of a stroke: select the path with the incorrectly rendered fill color, open 'Fill and Stroke' and slightly change the width of the stroke.
result: the fill of the path is rendered correctly again.
