msgfmt --statistics with the fi.po file included in this bug report gives the following result:
4368 translated messages, 56 fuzzy translations, 553 untranslated messages.

However the pre4 version of the fi.po file gives:
2921 translated messages, 1125 fuzzy translations, 931 untranslated messages.

Looks like the file has not been commited. Could you plese commit before the release.

Please commit also finnish.nsh which doesn't seem to be updated in pre4.

I confirm the Finnish translation is up to date in SVN (as well as the nsh file), but also confirm the 0.47pre4 Ubuntu 9.10 package doesn't include it.
Pre4 release date is 2009-10-11. I've committed your files the same day, but probably a bit later...
Which OS do you use and which Inkscape version?

Thank you ever so much for cheking this. I only today read the pre4 announcement from the inkscape web site and didn't really pay enough attention to dates. I'm running pre4 on Opensuse Linux.
