different sizes of a square shown

when switching between arrow and square tool the sizes shown are different.
v0.47pre2 winxp

to reproduce just draw a square with square tool

Section tool: shows H and W of the bounding box (can be set to visual or geometric in the preferences)
Rectangle tool: shows H and W of the object dimensions (independent of stroke attributes).

not a bug IMHO.
