Vacuum objects in group that are outside the group's clip area

Some of the SVGs I been working on have a lot of clipped groups with contained objects outside the clip area. Those files would be smaller if I could have Inkscape search for those and delete them. Note: If Inkscape found objects with clones /inside/ the group's clip area, Inkscape would offer to delete or unlink the clones (one at a time?).

Not as a default behavior, but why not adding Object>Clip>Delete outside and Object>Clip>Unlink outside menu entries.
