change shortcut for closing utility windows

Bug Description
Closing the drawing window and closing utility windows has the same shortcut. Using this shortcut on an embedded utility window leads to an unwanted closing of the drawing window. I think it would be better, if the utility windows had their own closing shortcut (e.g. Ecscape) which should work on all utility windows.

Confirmed. Dialogs and the main window share the same close key combination (ctrl+w), what could lead to closing the main window accidentally.
