Bug Description
I can´t draw with the frehand line tool with my graphic tablet. The cursor appears and it moves but it can´t draw lines.
My tablet is Wacom, model CTE-450. I use the versión 0.47 of Inkscape for Windows because the version 0.46 closes when I try to open a file.
