document imported from pdf prints incorrectly on windows

When I import the attatched pdf it appears fine on screen. However when I try to print it (either with or without modifications) large areas of the document appear plain white. I have tried two different printer drivers (hp laserjet p10005 and bullzip pdf printer) and get the same issue with both so I don't think it's a driver issue.

If I export back to a pdf then I can print the resulting pdf fine using acrobat.

I double-checked your issue on the most recent stable version 0.46 on win32.
I can confirm your issue on my printer HP LJ 1022n.

Using the newly 0.47pre1 however it prints all fine.

It is, I was surprised not to be asked for such information when submitting the bug.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.46.
Fixed in 0.47, but broken again in 0.48.2 and trunk revision 10948.

Workaround: ungrouping the top-left header in the SVG seems to fix the issue for the example document. There are 10 group levels, just keep the last 3 ones so that the clippath works correctly.
